Being in the wedding planning business has allowed Gina Sole to network with some of the most respected and stylish vendors throughout Philadelphia and New York. Her company thrives on creative clients who envision something different. Our Full Service package allows our clients to create their perfect day without having to deal with the stress of researching reputable vendors within their budget, scheduling appointments, playing "phone tag", negotiating contracts, designing their event and managing time. Once we have found a suitable event site and your date is set, we will begin meeting many different vendors. The Wedding Planner will introduce you to an array of caterers, photographers, bands and deejays, florists and decorators, linen specialists, stationers, pastry chefs, limousine and classic car providers as well as tent rental companies and lighting designers if need be. Throughout this entire process, we will be making sure that all of your requests are being met while weeding out unnecessary costs. Appointments will be made until you find your perfect match. From there, The Wedding Planner will organize all of your contracts and begin to schedule a detailed timeline of your big day from morning makeup appointments through to your last dance. As a former intern at Vera Wang in New York, Gina Sole has helped many high profile clients select their dream wedding gowns. If you wish, dress appointments can be made throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Also, for your convenience, we invite you to experience one on one hair and makeup trials. These services are offered exclusively to our clients in our private studio on Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. Artists are also available for travel. On the wedding day itself, we offer our "Day-Of" package to our Full Service clients at no charge. This allows The Wedding Planner to coordinate and oversee the entire day from start to finish. Our goal has always been to make certain that every aspect of your wedding day is flawless—even you.
